DILO high-pressure tube connections remain hermetically sealed even at extreme temperatures, high pressures and permanent exposure to aggressive media. The prerequisite for this is the "seal-less sealing principle" designed by DILO. Our metallic high-pressure pipe connections are designed without an intermediate seal, but only for direct contact between the sealing areas of tongue and groove.

This sealing principle ensures permanent pressure resistance of up to 1,000 bar; in addition, depending on the materials used, temperatures of -270 °C to +650 °C can be withstood. Do you have high maintenance requirements for your pipe systems? – High-pressure pipe connections from DILO are maintenance-free throughout and can be separated and reconnected as often as required for revisions.
